Refund policy
We at beU Therapeutic Crystals strive to provide our customers with the highest quality handmade therapeutic crystal jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where returns, refunds, or exchanges are necessary. Please review our policies below for more information:
Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer 14 days free return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at tansynr@tansyrodgers.com. Give us details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as essential oils) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damage Policy:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide us with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us assess the situation.
Depending on the extent of the damage, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We will send you a new piece of item free of charge.
- Repair: If the damage is minor and can be repaired, we may offer to fix the item for you.
- Refund: In cases where a replacement or repair is not feasible, we will issue a full refund for the damaged item.
Repair Services:
If it's been more than 90 days since your purchase, we offer a restringing service for a small fee of $8 per item. You can arrange your repair by emailing tansynr@tansyrodgers.com. Please note:
- The $8 fee covers the repair and the (re) Reiki-infusion, and you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item to us.
- If replacement stones or metal components are needed and are unavailable, we'll inform you promptly and strive to find a suitable substitute.
- All repairs must be authorized. Unauthorized claims will be forfeited upon receipt.
Processing Time:
We aim to resolve all issues regarding damaged or broken pieces promptly and to your satisfaction. Please allow for 2-3 weeks of turn around time to ensure that we restore your piece just right!
